We accept a return as a store credit only. We will issue and email you a store credit code when we receive the item back. The item must be unused in their original condition and returned within 10 days of purchase. We require an email confirming the return from us.

Shipping charges both to and from are non-refundable.
All textiles, cords and sale items are non-returnable.
Returns shipped without an authorization and outside return window will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide photos and/or a description of the issue, along with proof of purchase (your order number or receipt are acceptable)
