* Please note that the book is $32 for Canadian customers and
$36 for other foreign customers. (SORRY! if you saw a different price in an advertisement
in magazines. The postal rate went up suddenly, so unfortunately,
we must charge slightly more as of 11/1/2006.)
- You can mail, fax, e-mail
or call for the order. Please have the following information.
1) item #, description, color,
order quantity either in oz. or in # of skeins/balls/cones. *** Please
note we cannot divide a skein/ball or some of the special cones.
For example, if you place an order for 500 gm., and if the yarn's
put up is in a 150 gm. skein, we will either send you 3 skeins
totaling 450gm. or 4 skeins totaling 600 gm. after confirming
with you.
2) your name, billing/shipping
address, contact number (telephone, fax or e-mail) *** Please
give us the contact number/e-mail so that we can confirm the
order.
3) payment information (check, Visa, Master, Discover, American
Express cards) *** If you are paying by a card, please give us the
expiration date and the name on the card also.
- We usually ship by UPS, however
we will also ship by USPS for "small" domestic pakcages
(only priority or express service). USPS service will be used
always for the international shipment.
- Please note that the listed prices do not include shipping
from NY or sales tax for NYS residents. There is $2.00 handling
charge. We are also not responsible for any customs duty tax
or broker fee, which may occur for the international shipping.
- WINDING! For yarns
offered only in skeins, we do wind them onto cones by request.
There will be a $2.50 charge for the 1st skein on a cone and
$.75 for each additional skein on the same cone. There are yarns
we cannot wind, so please ask. Also, for those yarns list below,
the winding charge is:
$10/skein for NS-18A, B, F, G (Those yarns require to be wound
by hand onto a wooden cone, and then onto a paper cone.)
$5/skein for NS-18-C, D, E, J, H, I, NS-20
- There is a 5% discount for
an order over $100.00. 10% discount for an order over $200.00.
Please note that the sample
book cannot be included in this total for discount.
- If you are a re-saler, please
provide us with a resale certificate.
- After receiving an order,
we will confirm the order to you as soon as possible. Please
allow us a few days as sometimes we must contact suppliers in
Japan, who are 13/14 hours ahead. We do not charge your card
or send an invoice until the order is ready to be shipped from
our office. Please note that we request that the payment to be
settled before the shipment.
- Please allow approx. 3-10
days for a regular delivery from the confirmation. If there is
a long delay we will contact you immediately.
- We do not accept a return/exchange after 10 days from the date
of receipt of the order. Please note that there is a 25% restocking
charge if the reason for the return/exchange is not due to a
pre-existing damage. If there is a damage in the yarns, we will
arrange a pick up and send a replacement or refund as soon as
the yarns come back.
- We do not accept a return/exchange of wholesale orders unless
there is a pre-existing damage in the products.
