NEW WHOLESALE ITEMS - SPRING 2007

1. There are three separate suppliers we deal with. Each one has a separate price list and minimum. Please do not mix the minimum between three lists.

- List A - minimum $1000 total order. (re-order min. $250. - There is a bag min. on each yarn. )
- List B - minimum $500 total order. (re-order min. $150. - There is a bag min. on each yarn. )
- List C - minimum $500 total order. (re-order min. $150. - There is a bag in. on each yarn. )

2. Please provide us with the resale number at the time of the order.

3. The prices do not include domestic shipping cost.

4. Please allow approx. 10-22 weeks for the delivery. (If you place an order at TNNA - especially on the last day - please know that your delivery will take a bit long...) All wholesale orders are shipped from Japan. The smaller re-orders are generally shipped sooner. (After 9/11, the customs has been stricter, and the transit time has been a little longer. We thank you for your patience!) If you would like a faster method, please let us know. We will let you know the separate international shipping cost.

5. We unfortunately cannot extend terms. Please give us a 1/2 deposit in check or credit card at the time of the order. The other half of the payment will be charged when the yarn goes out to you. Please do note that we will not place an order to our mills until the deposit is received.

6. We accept visa, discover, master & amex cards. We also accept corporate checks. Please kindly note that we cannot ship yarns to you until all payment clears.

7. All wholesale yarns/items are ordered specially for you from small mills/suppliers in Japan. We absolutely! definitely! desperately! cannot accept a return or an exchange for them unless there was a pre-existing damage to the yarn. If you are not sure, please sample the yarns before placing an order.

8. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs duty tax or broker fee, which may occur for the international shipments from New York.

9. If there is no re-order within one year from the first order you placed, you will lose the wholesale status, and have to start as a first time customer. (minimum as above)
