1. Starting order minimum is $1000. Re-order minimum is $300. (If you order under $300. the discount rate will change. Please contact us for the detail.) Please also kindly note that if there is no re-order within one year from the first order you placed, you will lose the wholesale status, and have to start as a first time customer.

2. Please provide us with the resale number at the time of the order. (not required for foreign customers)

3. The prices do not include domestic shipping cost. If you request an express shipping from Japan, there will be an additional charge. Please check with us.

4. Please allow approx. 2-4 weeks (in some cases longer if you order at TNNA.) for the delivery. All wholesale orders are shipped from Japan. The re-orders are generally shipped sooner. If you would like a faster method, please let us know. We will let you know the separate shipping cost.

5. We unfortunately cannot extend terms. Please do note that we will not place an order to our mills until the payment information is received.

6. We accept visa, discover, master & amex cards. We also accept corporate checks. Please note that we cannot ship yarns to you until all payment clears.

7. All wholesale yarns/items are ordered specially for you from small mills in Japan. We absolutely! definitely! desperately! cannot accept a return or an exchange for them unless there was a preexisting damage to the yarn. If you are not sure, please sample the yarns before placing an order.

8. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs duty or any tax, which may occur for the international shipments from New York.
